Message from the Managing Director

The way healthcare works in Bangladesh is continuously changing. Unfortunately, many still struggle with getting basic, necessary healthcare services. Treatment costs and lack of transparency in the processes, along with complicated claims procedures create financial burdens for families.

Keeping these challenges in mind, we envisioned SEHBL, Smart Easy Health Bangladesh Limited, where we aim to incorporate new technology and innovation in developing a modern healthcare assistance service system that will enable all to easily, access, and most importantly, afford cashless healthcare services. Above all, we believe that everyone deserves access to basic healthcare services.

Our goal with the SEHBL Health Card is to create a network where patients are not required to make advance payments in order to receive required and necessary healthcare services. Through our digital ecosystem, we will connect all participating hospitals, and utilize our digital billing and approval workflow to accelerate our commitment to simplify and ensure the quality of our services.

Our focus and commitment are centered on the development of a comprehensive healthcare system in Bangladesh. We will accomplish our goal of facilitating the delivery of healthcare services to the entire population to improve their quality and outcome, by expanding our network of hospitals, digital health services, and the associated digital health infrastructure.
